This evolution will give opportunities to the players who are located in other emerging markets. That was the analysis made by the founders of CASS. They bet that Central America will have, in a near future, a significant place on the IT development market.

CASS was founded in 2006 by French IT engineers, graduated from SUPELEC (www.supelec.fr). CASS is a private company, based in France and in Central America (El Salvador, Guatemala). The organization already has a solid experience in software design and web development.
